Last night we had out first 'family' dinner in the apartment. A couple nights ago, Julie and I made our first real meal, not including the cereal we eat in the morning for breakfast, but last night all the roommates ate dinner together on our dining room table, if you want to call it that. We made this type of hollow pasta with tomato sauce with a side of cucumbers and carrots as our vegetables or bread if you wanted it. The pasta was just strange; I was able to use it as a straw for a couple of sips, but it wasn't easy. We also realized we had to dispose of the trash in our room since it was piling up, but we had no idea what to do with it. So all the roomies and I each took a bag, and we hunted for a trash can. But the closest trash can we could find was a private one, so we made sure no one was around, dumped our trash in the cans,

You are SO bad!!!!.....just kidding.... I could never figure out where to leave my trash either!!! Everyone in the house had their own private disposal service and no one offered for mine to go along with theirs..... oh well....
And when are you going to visit the Perugina Chocolate Factory??? It was so fun when I was there.... there was a group of piccolo Italianos touring and they were sweeter than the candy!!! Of course, the Italians don't put that much sugar in their candy. LOL!!
Love, Aunty H
I feel your pain. I didn't get to sleep last night until 3 or 4am. Classes were a drag today.
I'm proud of how you dealt with the trash. I did the same thing back in Arizona once because our trashcan was full and each house only gets one.
Talk to you soon.
KAAAAATE! I caught up with you (so to speak) this morning, and it sounds like you're having a blast there! Sadly, I'm kind of under the weather too - maybe it's just a going to school thing. Nonetheless, I hope you are feeling MUCH better, and I can't wait to hear about the historic tour of Perugina :)
